In Vietnamese culture, love is often expressed through food. Serving a dish can be an act full of warmth, tenderness, and unspoken words. You can also see this attitude in Madame Châu.

Madame Châu makes cakes, creams, and desserts inspired by Asian and European flavors. Everything is handmade with love and the best ingredients. These tasty treats are a sight for sore eyes and a treat for the taste buds. They’ll take you on a trip to faraway places or back in time to your childhood.

It’s a self-initiated project. With Madame Châu, I indulge in my second passion. My love for food really comes from my mom’s side of the family. She ran restaurants in Vietnam and later all over the world. I spent a lot of time in kitchens when I was growing up, since they’re the heart of Vietnamese family life. The name Châu is a tribute to my mother’s family, who love to cook and eat.
