The central idea is to strengthen the performance and innovation capabilities of organizations and individuals while respecting what they have already achieved.

The mythical phoenix serves as a symbol of cyclical processes of change, new beginnings, transformation, and renewal. This concept is visually represented by the circle, which is harmonious, rhythmic, and holistic. The visuals combine geometric precision with natural elements such as stones, water, plants, and crystals to create a visual language that links science and nature.
